Step 1

Install and Activate Formidable Forms Pro

  • Purchase and Download: Obtain the Formidable Forms Pro plugin from the official website.
  • Install the Plugin:
    • In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Plugins > Add New.
    • Click Upload Plugin and select the Formidable Forms Pro ZIP file.
    • Click Install Now, then Activate.
  • Activate the License:
    • Go to Formidable > Global Settings.
    • Enter your license key to enable Pro features.

Create a New Form

  • Add New Form:
    • Navigate to Formidable > Forms.
    • Click the Add New button.
