4. System setup & mapping
QBO or Xero + Dext/Hubdoc. We connect Shopify/Stripe/Jane/Square/etc., map HST codes, payroll GLs, and bank feeds.
5. Catch-up & cleanup (if needed)
We reconcile accounts, fix historical issues, rebuild chart of accounts for your industry, and prepare opening balances.
6. Monthly close
Bank/CC/loan reconciliations, A/R & A/P aging, HST tracking, payroll entries, accruals, and review.
7. On-time reporting & insights
P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Snapshot, plus KPIs (gross margin, cash runway, revenue by channel/program). We flag risks & opportunities.
8. Year-end & beyond
