What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the organization, with a focus on the Mumbai office.
  • Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across Canada and India.
  • Maintain the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking process, ensuring timely communication and a strong candidate experience.
  • Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract and engage talent.
  • Prepare offer documentation and support the onboarding handoff to the People & Operations team.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and pipeline health.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions as needed.

What You’ll Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field; an MBA in HR is an asset.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in professional services, accounting, finance, or outsourced/BPO services.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), and applicant tracking workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort engaging candidates and stakeholders across geographies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to maintain some overlap with North American business hours when coordinating with the Canadian team.
